I'm Sarah Buckley, founder of Ostara HR. Twenty years across FTSE companies, global consultancies and everything in between, doing strategic HR and rolling up my sleeves on the operational reality. I work with in-house HR teams, and the HRDs who lead them, as an extra pair of senior hands for a few weeks or a few months.
No long discovery phase. No six-month roadmap before anything happens. I work out what actually needs fixing, build trust with the people who'll make it stick, and get on with it.
