What happens if we need more than our allocated hours?

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time. Downgrades can be implemented at the end of your minimum commitment period with 30 days' notice.

How does the on-site visit work?

On-site visits are scheduled in advance and can be used for face-to-face meetings, workshops, training sessions, or any other HR activities that benefit from in-person interaction. Travel within the Southeast/London is included; other regions may incur additional travel expenses.
